Silken tofu scramble


  • Silken tofu

  • Veggie broth (somewhat concentrated, better than bullion)

  • Chili crisp

  • Two eggs

  • Nutritional yeast


  • Add tofu, veggie broth, and chili crisp to a pan

  • Simmer until bubbling

  • Add two eggs, scramble directly in pan. You can lightly break up the tofu with the eggs.

  • Add nutritional yeast

  • Wait until it comes together, serve
