Miso potatoes

- Boil fingerlings until soft, then drain
- Smash the big ones and fry on a cast iron with think layer of neutral oil until crispy and brown
- Meanwhile, heat miso, butter, garlic, liquid aminos, and rice wine vinegar in a small saucepan
- When the potatoes are done, add the sauce, stirring until fully coated. Serve!
