For the dressing:
- Horseradish mustard
- Olive oil, salt, pepper
Steps
- Grill the tempeh in a nonstick pan with neutral oil until golden brown.
- Whisk the mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper together with a fork.
- Toss in a big bowl and enjoy!.
