How to keep herbs fresh for longer

This works great for cilantro, parsley, basil, you name it. I can often keep herbs, especially cilantro and parsley, fresh for over 2 weeks!

  • Ensure herbs are cut freshly at the stem

  • Place in a glass with water

  • Lightly tent with a compost bag, leaving space for airflow

  • Place in the fridge
