Steps
Heated 2 cups honey to 240F
Heated 1.5 cups honey to 140F (overshot 120F)
Added 1 vanilla bean + orange zest
Chocolate variation:
Added 1 cup shaved chocolate
Mixed together for ~5 minutes
Poured into parchment paper lined pan
Let cool at room temperature for ~2 hours, then fridge
Results
Taste good but texture horrible! Sticky, tacky, fudgy. I think using honey was a mistake. I'll try this recipe next time, mostly because the photo looks like what I'm after: flaky.
