Everyone has their guacamole preference; this is mine. I like a chunky, lime-y, red-onion-y, somewhat spicy mix. No ratios here; use your judgment in the moment.

  • 6-8 avocados, cut into chunky squares (never mashed!)

  • Cherry tomatoes (only if they're good!), cut into quarters and drained of their juice

  • Red onion, diced

  • Cilantro, diced

  • Garlic, minced

  • Serrano, minced

  • Lime

  • Cumin

  • Paprika

  • Cayenne

  • Black pepper

  • Salt
