Burrata salad

  • Mixed greens
  • Fresh basil (lots!)
  • Burrata (or very good mozzarella)
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Avocado
  • Good olive oil
  • Good Balsamic vinegar
  • Flaky sea salt
  • Lots of pepper

An easy variant: Pickled red onion instead of vinegar, cilantro instead of basil
