Coconut aminos chocolate bar


  • Using Uganda Semuliki Forest 2017-18 Direct Trade, P2 19:30

  • We soaked ~650g nibs with a small bottle of the aminos, enough for them to absorb, let soak ~24 hours

  • Dried out in the dehydrator, combined with sugar to make a 70% 2-ingredient bar, total weight ~930g

  • Was a bit too salty so we combined with ~1100g chocolate from Tanzania Kokoa kamili cocoa beans
