Bitters no. 3

"Vodka anise bitters"

Ingredients

• 2 Tbs gentian root

• 1 tsp artichoke leaf

• 1 tsp coriander

• 1 tsp fennel seed

• 1 tsp juniper berry

• 5 cardamom pods, cracked

• 1 orange peel

• 1 star anise

• 2 Tbs honey

• 1 cup vodka

• A liked this better than Bitters no. 2 (Cam's Creation), more balanced
